Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Processes all Government permits.
- Attends to any task instructed by the Immediate Superior.
- Monitors of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
- Processes of Sales Invoice and DR.
- Updates AIMS System.
- Ensures that charge codes are in agreement with Program Managers' approval and the organizations Chart of Accounts.
- Ensures that the copy of cash receipt and bank deposit must be attached with the Cash Receipt voucher.
- All other functions which may be deemed implied, incidental, or necessary to the effective performance of his/her function.
Performs a full range of of accounting responsibilities including:
- Information verification and analysis
- Report preparation and account reconciliation
- Billing and collection activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Male
- 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Liaising experience is a plus.
