Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creates efficient training environment for New Hires.
- Oversees the performances of trainees, and ensures smooth transition of Newbies to Operations.
- Liaises with Managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Designs effective programs.
- Conducts Product Training Certifications and presentations for Clients.
- Selects and books venues.
- Keeps attendance and other records.
- Manages training budgets.
- Plans and determines training seminars and speakers for the development of employees.
- Conducts evaluations to identify areas of improvements.
- Monitors employee performance and response to training.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree on any field.
- 2 years relevant experience in training.
- Commendable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great research skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Oral and written skills.
- Has the following traits:
