Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists the Lounge Manager in terms revenue generation, guest service, and quality assurance

Works closely with F&B Team to ensure consistency of guests’ experience.

Ensures proper working condition of all equipment and that Team Members have been effectively trained on their use.

Design and implement relevant training programs of Team Members.

Assists in the daily operation of all departments as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills;
- Work-exprience in using Micros Opera is a must.
