Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to user complaints on the use of desktop and laptop computers, as well as other computer peripherals such as printers and projectors.
- Respond to user complaints on the use of desktop and laptop software such as MS Office, E-mail, access to company authorized internet sites and network connectivity.
- Confer with the I.T. Infrastructure Manager to obtain information of repeating and unknown errors and issues to user computer hardware and software.
- Work with the I.T. Infrastructure Manager to maintain servers and other related equipment in the IT operations including:
- Data center equipment.
- Network peripherals and appliances.
- Printers.
- Telephone system.
- Scanning machines.
- Air-conditioning equipment.
- Perform back-up of company data, server software, and databases in a daily basis.
- Test back-ups for recoverability on quarterly basis.
- Ensure all computer and IT assets inventory is up to date.
- Basic configuration of IT services such as DHCP, DNS, and antivirus software.
- Deploy and provide IT resources such as computer, accounts, and telephone.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Information Technology course.
- Trainings on IT Infrastructure management and maintenance is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of overall IT experience.
- 2 years of which should include support of a company’s infrastructure projects/activities and at least 1 year of systems administration.
- Basic experience in networking, server infrastructure management, and help desk support.
- Firm background and knowledge of networking, backup and system administration, and security.
