Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Daily upload and posting of reimbursement transactions from Corepass (SL) to Navision (GL)
- Processing of affiliates reimbursements in Navision after duly validation of the Payment Advice and related supporting documents.
- Daily printing of Official Receipts for the marketing fee charged to the Affiliates
- Advise Treasury of the required funding at least two days before the due date for the SM due dates (every 16th & 31st); one day for normal reimbursements of other affiliates.
- Payment thru IDS (Integrated Disbursement System) of payables to Affiliates.
- Prepare checks for payments to affiliates not enrolled under direct deposit to BDO (IDS).
- Segregate copies of payment advices together with check and official receipts to be forwarded to Logistics for delivery.
- Send the PDF copy of Payment Advice and OR SM and non-SM group
- Accurate and timely preparation of the following reports:
- Monthly Summary Vouchers Payable Report for HFM reporting.
- Monthly reimbursement reconciliation report
- Accrual Report
- Reconciliation and payment of withholding taxes to SM group (Dept. Stores) and Waltermart Group.
- Prepare accrual every month end.
- Preparation of monthly remittances to government agencies (BIR, SSS, HDMF & Philhealth).
- Handles Affiliates inquiry regarding payments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Economics;
- Preferably CPA or CMA, but not required;
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in controlling and/or financial analysis;
- Technically proficient in excel with above average analytical & logical skills;
- Excellent communication skills needed in commentaries, reports and graphical presentations;
