ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Support the branch management with its various administrative tasks
- SUPERVISE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BRANCH
Supervise and check the clerks in processing the newly accepted sales demos before endorsing to the department manager
- HANDLE INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS
Oversee the clerks in responding to the daily inquiries and requests of SC Demos.
- MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE FACILITY
Monitor canteen concessionaire's compliance to pricing & sanitation standards; conduct survey on quality of food & service; maintain & update SCO Bulletin Board
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Has the ability to work with multi-faceted teams and must have proven development skills.
- Possesses a high degree of professionalism and has the capacity to work collaboratively with concessionaires is essential.
- Preferably Supervisor / 3 years & up experienced employees with related experience
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Valenzuela
