Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns
- VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS
- Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features
- COORDINATE WITH BANKS
- Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank
- REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIES
- Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter
- ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDS
- Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card
- DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGE
- Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course
- Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Valenzuela
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
