Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- MANAGE TREASURY FUNDS
- Verify expenses to be disbursed & make sure that amounts are accurate, that Treasury funds are fully secured
- MANAGE SALES COLLECTION DEPOSIT
- Manage all cash & check collections from sales & bills payment & check if they are accounted for & deposited on the next banking day
- CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS
- Prevent overstocking of Customer Service products & implement safety & security measures to prevent loss & pilferage
- MANAGE TEAM
- Plan, lead, organize & control the work of the team; make sure that all systems related to Treasury Operations are functioning, ITS Software policies are strictly enforced & elevate issues as necessary
- CREATE PROGRAMS TO INCREASE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
- Plan & develop opportunities in Forex & Remittance & recommend changes to improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4 year business-related course
- At least 3-5 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions is an advantage
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Aura
