Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- MANAGE LOOSE CHANGE FUND
- Maintain the availability of coins & bills & make sure that all are properly accounted for
- ACCOUNT SALES COLLECTION
- Check whether actual cash & checks turned over by Treasury Assistant tally with the turnover report & are deposited intact; ensure that confirmation of checks is handled properly
- MONITOR TREASURY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor PCF, OR/AR & all ILCs & make sure items are kept & disposal is in accordance with established procedures
- MONITOR STOCKS LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS
- Ensure that all Customer Service products are well-stocked, properly monitored, recorded in the system; conduct inventory regularly
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4 year business-related course
- Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions is an advantage
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - DAET
