Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that the display implementation of store activities is in line with approved guidelines
- Plan with the Zone Marketing Manager the implementation of all LSM setups in terms of the strategic locations per branch considering scheduled activities per area
- Review requested quantities of store graphics, campaign collaterals, visual-aids & mannequins as approved by OBM; consolidate data per zone to be used as basis for supplier quotations
- Audit the store visual-display assets & campaign setup per branch via store visits to ensure compliance to standards
- Resolve implementation issues encountered by the branches in carrying out the display guidelines of activities & campaigns
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years of retail management experience. Preferably with retail background
- Skilled in leadership, coaching and training;
- Able to provide feedback, develop others, embrace and lead change and make decisions under ambiguity;
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include closing and weekend shifts;
- Passion for fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends
- Willing to be assigned in Head Office or South Luzon branches
