ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Assist in the processing of payment to suppliers
- AUDIT AP DOCUMENTS
Audit AP documents to support payment & endorse them to AP Supervisor
- PROCESS SUPPLIER DEBIT MEMO
Ensure accurate & prompt processing of Supplier’s Debit Memo
- SETTLE STANDARD EXCEPTIONS
Coordinate with various entities to settle exceptions noted during audit
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
- Candidate must have good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store HEAD OFFICE
