Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives members and guests and acts as host of the Prestige Lounge
- Attends to requests of members and guests
- Coordinates with Prestige Lounge partners on service requirements of guests
- Monitors and processes requests for consumables
- Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of lounge and backroom areas
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Prestige Lounge
- Implements Customer Relation Programs and events
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly and monthly operations reports
- Handles registration of members and guests at the Prestige Lounge
- Accountable to initial disciplinary dealings with Prestige members and guests
- Receives customer complaints, pacify and listens to guests, and escalate problems to higher authorities/management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Filipino
- Work experience in a Hotel, Fine Dining or Sports Club is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
