Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Regularly monitor industry competitors and market trends.
- Prepare recommendations and implements based on market findings.
- Prepare a Project Business Plan.
- Recommend and ensure the implementation of project briefs and design parameters.
- Prepare financial projections and monitors budget.
- Coordinate with Marketing Team in organizing sales and marketing activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Business Course.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably with Real Estate - Project Development / Project Director experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
