Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- SAP user creation, update, activation, deactivation, password reset and deletion.
- Creates and updates SAP authorizations
- Support the Solution Manager 7.1
- Research and implement solutions for Basis functionalityin the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, systems configurations, designs and implementation
- Provide documentation for technical and process related activities
- Provide support and maintenance of transports
- Set-up, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux environments
- Function as point of contact for production SAP BASIS related issues
- Ensure proper configuration and security on all server environments
- Conduct on-going monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance on all server environments
- Test new software package and implement it to the production systems (BW/PRD)
- Apply SAP Notes and Security Notes
- Perform SAP Kernel Upgrade
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after office hours support as needed
- Capacity Planning
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience (SAP Basis)
- Knowledgeable in operating system management and database management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
