Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure smooth pace of construction and completion of housing units, facilities, and amenities including special structures taking into consideration the sound engineering practices in delivering quality products.
- Prepare monitoring contract and contractor management, including coordination with all concern department, personnel, suppliers, LGU, and/or personnel directly involved with the project.
- Evaluation of contractors accomplishment billings, reports and supplies needed part of OSM. Documentations of all accomplishments and preparation of report for the company's references.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education
- Graduate of civil engineering
- Experience
- Minimum 4 years continued related working experiences in construction, contract and material management.
- Eligibility
- Licensed civil engineer
- Skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Microsoft office
- Cad and other related computer engineering programs
