JOB SUMMARY
- Provide critical assistance to the project director in the overall project development process (Land Acquisition - Project Conceptualization - Project Planning - Project Implementation - Project Delivery / After Sales)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create/develop drive and complete the end-to-end process (Initial Project Evaluation – Strategy Formulation – Implementation – Integration) of creating business plans
- Manage the end-to end cycle and implement strategies across projects
- Coordinate and manage internal and external project communication
Kualifikasi Minimum
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any business related course from a reputable university
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; project/business development experience from real estate industry will be advantage
- With good financial and general management skills
