Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate communications
- Manage communications, such as email, items for approval/signature, memos, permits, correspondences, etc.; direct inquiries received by the team to appropriate divisions
- Process payroll and benefits
- Process assigned payroll & benefits transactions, & generate reports including those for separated employees
- Post payments & submit remittances reports & files
- Resolve first-level complaints regarding payroll/benefits concerns, & elevate to superior (if necessary)
- Consolidate reports
- Consolidate reports, prepare minutes of the meeting, SRF, items for submission, etc.
- Prepare logistical requirements
- Prepare & coordinate logistical requirements of meetings, travels, & other operational activities
- Manage supplies / Petty cash
- Prepare & submit supplies requisitions, with reference to approved budget, & monitor consumption of such; safe keep & replenish petty cash
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness
- Maintain orderliness & cleanliness of the work area, equipment & facilities in accordance with safety & security standards
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing and other bank related transactions
- Can speak basic Chinese - Fookien/Mandarin
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
