Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Operation Support.
- Ensure that building and facilities are properly maintained and repaired.
- Check building facilities and equipment.
- Perform spot checks of all equipment and facilities.
- Identify non-functioning units for immediate repair.
- To be done pre-opening and all throughout the operating period.
- Monitor safety and compliance.
- Check compliance to government regulatory requirements.
- Update all engineering records, permits, and licenses.
- Lead the branch in safety consciousness and emergency preparedness.
- Control OPEX.
- Lead the branch in energy saving and lower utilities consumption.
- Account for charges involving repairs, maintenance, and the Engineering Staff.
- Assess lighting, audio, and temperature levels.
- Conduct daily assessments of the store's lighting, sounds, and system temperature to ensure that it is up to standards.
- Identify problem areas, recommend remedies, and record all data points.
- Develop new solutions.
- Search, test, and recommend to management regarding new products and processes that will lead to savings and enhanced productivity for the store.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 7 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably an Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety or in any equivalent field with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and visit branches in South and VisMin region.
