About the role:
Reporting to the AVP of IT, the IT Manager will be responsible in leading and managing the IT End User Computing (EUC) Service Desk organization operation which includes establishing the team goals/metrics, planning, resource management, oversight, removing barriers, providing feedback and recognizing accomplishments of team members.
Job Location: Corporate Office – Pasay City
Responsibilities:
- Develop, continuously improve, and execute IT Service Desk EUC operational processes and procedures
- Work with vendors, internal partners, stakeholders and customers to ensure proper IT EUC Service Desk services deliver to maximize service availability and increase customer satisfaction
- Select, develop, and evaluate employees’ performance.
- Coordinate the team activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
Key Qualifications:
- Experienced in leading and managing an IT Service Desk organization/operation
- Has strong leadership, people management, internal customer engagement, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project management skills
- Preferably with working experience using industry practices like ITIL
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 6 years IT experience, 3 years of which in a supervisory or managerial capacity
