Recruitment Manager  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies to fill current and future vacancies.
• Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth.
• Ensure that job requisitions are filled based on agreed SLA across all levels.
• Partner with hiring managers/stakeholders in obtaining a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Conduct interviews of candidates up to Senior Manager and recommend the most suitable candidates.
• Perform salary analysis, give recommendation, negotiate and extend job offers to candidates.
• Manage candidates by ensuring a consistent positive experience from initial application to the final on-boarding process.
• Perform candidate experience evaluations and develop plans on improving candidate experience.
• Build employer brand through educating candidates about SM Retail throughout the application process.
• Develop and/or refine job description content as needed.
• Participate and/or lead hiring events.
• Work closely with internal and external partners in recruitment i.e. other recruitment teams, job boards, agencies etc.
• Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.
• Maintain confidential records of Senior Managers and Executives.
• Generate reports and analytics of Senior Managers and Executives.
• Participate in creation of recruiting KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR team in a variety of ongoing projects and initiatives and in some instances lead in the organization’s plans and programs for recruitment.
• Lead, manage and develop a team of recruiters.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
• Ability to maintain discretion handling sensitive/confidential information
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in database management and record keeping.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding organizational, planning and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office Applications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Psychology or any related course
• At least 7 years’ experience in recruitment
• At least 3 years’ in a managerial capacity or equivalent
• Up-to-date knowledge of Recruitment best practices and systems.
