Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for all activities involved in the preparation of payroll for assigned employees including assisting customers with routine payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process and audit feed files going into payroll systems.
- Verify applicable payroll reports and employee time sheets in order to ensure that employee paychecks coincide with the amount of hours worked; know and support approved payroll policies and procedures and keep up-to-date on applicable labor wage and hour and tax laws
- Respond, maintain, and disburse all types of wage attachments in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to federal and state laws as well as internal procedures and policies.
- Create, copy, and distribute payroll reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring the adherence to departmental policies and procedures; assist in maintaining payroll files.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year course;
- Must have at least 2-years experience in payroll;
- Pleasing personality, versatile and can do multi-tasking;
