Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Distribution and Sales Manager based in Baguio will identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies and programs to ensure achievement of revenue targets. He or She will be responsible for sourcing and handling territory partner distributors and lead the sales teams of distributor partners. He or She shall also manage and acquire corporate accounts in the area.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Business Management or any related course
- Must have 10 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial role doing actual sales operations or business process analytics
- Must have account management experience
- Has expertise in the selling process, training, agent maintenance, billing and collection, and customer servicing
- Must be willing to travel to conduct training and to deal with Regional Distributors
