Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provision, Develop, Maintain Corporate Network and Server Infrastructure on premise, collocated or in the cloud
- Monitor the group performance based on productivity, competence, quality standards, and targets.
- Provide timely and specific performance feedback on a regular basis whether collectively or by individual.
- Document and escalate critical issues to the immediate superior.
- Provide clarifications and guidelines to enhance the groups understanding and competence relative to new product and/or system.
- Ensure functional reliability of servers. Monitor, analyze and identify potential sever problems, i.e., viruses, configuration problems, access, security, etc., and determines and implements actions to preclude or resolve problems.
- Acquire an understanding of the functional business disciplines and technologies serviced by the systems and hardware being supported to ensure that the service provided is timely, effective and appropriate
- Gain and maintain technical capabilities to ensure effective support both for the Data Centre and the business
- Ensure users can access the application corresponding communication links
- Documenting any technical activity, incident, setup and changes
- Provides technical assistance and guidance in educating various support groups/teams such as other Support staffs and Helpdesk personnel
- Install fixes and maintenance patches such as firmware for Operating Systems
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Microsoft Windows Servers 2003, 2008, 2012 and its Roles and Services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, RRAS, GPO, File Services, IIS, etc.)
- Linux Versions Red hat/Ubuntu/Centos/AWS Linux Knowledgeable in Apache, MSQL, PHP on Linux or Windows
- Email Servers and Services Exchange, Zimbra, SMTP, Postfix, POP3, SMTP, IMAP etc.
- Network Appliances (Routers, Switches, Load Balancer, Firewalls)
- Working knowledge on Cisco products and its services (routing, ipsec, vpn, etc)
- Virtualization products VMWare, Hyper-V, Sandbox
- Cloud Infrastructure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure
- Various System Utilities such as anti-virus, disk utilities, network monitoring software’s
- Considerable knowledge of the limitations, capabilities, uses, and service requirements of network servers, microcomputers and allied equipment.
- Explain complex technical problems, procedures to corporate staff/personnel
- Prepare clear instructions and documentation.
- Maintain paper files and prepare written documentation of computing operations;
- Logs of daily activities and reports of projects.
- Work outside normally scheduled work hours including evenings and weekends as directed.
