Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implements the Warehouse management system(locations/inbound/outbound activities/etc)
- Responsible for the safety of both company assets and personnel
- Responsible for 100% accuracy of stocks (MC Units) in the Warehouse and other company assets
- Responsible for inbound/outbound transactions and timely/proper processing in our system
- Responsible for ensuring issuance/delivery of stocks (MC Units) to the Branches in a timely manner based on issuance/delivery of the agreed lead time
- Develops/enhances warehouse operation manual
- Ensures compliance to the company policy
- Responsible for operating at minimum expense by ensuring that all activities are at reasonable cost
- Timely submission of reports to Superior and Logistics Department
- Responsible for obtaining all necessary documents from trucker; validating and submitting to Logistics
- Ensures that issuance of stock is based on FIFO to prevent obsolescence and monitors stock aging
- Monitors/updates Logistics on any non-compliance of trucker
- Coordinates closely with Logistics and other internal departments for operation excellence
- Ensures that all personnel are properly trained in checking/handling MC units by coordinating with Logistics/Service Manager for Training/orientation
- Trains/leads/manages warehouse personnel and develops succession planning
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably major in Accounting/or Industrial Engineer or any related business course
- With five years experience in warehouse management
- Ability to adopt, express ideas, and lead soburdinates
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint presentation
- Performer, leader, results and customer service oriented
- Competitive and innovative thinking that will bring growth to the company
- With people management skills
