IT Knowledge Analyst  

Job Summary

The IT Knowledge Analyst is responsible for leading users in the Siy Cha Group of Companies in being educated with the use of IT-related systems and applications by developing, delivering, and updating effective programs and reference materials, that will help equip users and improve the productivity of each employee.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops content for knowledge management process to guarantee efficient publication of information to end users
• Designs and establishes effective learning activitiesIdentifies, designs, develops, and publishes documents and web based video contents and programs needed by users for IT related systems and applications
• Analyzes new learning techniques and systems that will help in the knowledge transfer based on company’s requirement
• Submits periodic reports to management
• Involved in all IT-related project formations for early content creation
• Formulates a knowledge management strategy
• Accomplishes all other related duties that maybe assign from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related sciences
• Over 2 years of relevant work experience
• IT service desk work experience
• Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other IT equipments
• Able to create instruction manuals and meaningful documentation
• Knowledgeable in using an ITSM ticketing software
• ITIL v.3 certification is a plus
• Experience in video editing
