Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare, publish, distribute and maintain a product with milestones for all cross-functional stakeholders during the product’s entire lifecycle
- Gain extensive knowledge on the product, customer experience, and the market to effectively identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies, and translate strategies into detailed requirements and timelines
- Be able to work throughout the digital product lifecycle, from the beginning step of writing product requirements documents, through the tradeoffs and prioritisation during development, to the delivery of the digital products to users, and its subsequent improvement through iteration — incorporating customer and business requirements.
- Transparent and clear coordination across all cross-functional stakeholders such as Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, IT, QA Team, and all other external vendors
- Monitor and verify project progress, incorporate resolutions to potential project delays and communicates project status to leadership on a timely basis
- Prepare a concise and thorough commissioning plan and acceptance testing, managing commissioning activities of vendors, and ensures operations acceptance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years experience in Digital Product Management. Project Management and Business Analyst experience in the tech industry is acceptable.
- Comfortable with defining and running tests in order to make decisions that will shape your product.
- Experience in Project Management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Sprint.
- Well versed on new technology trends to help lead the team into adopting them for new products.
- Able to read and synthesize product metrics to make suggestions and defend your positions based on measured product results.
- The ideal candidate would have launched products in the space, from ideation all the way to production.
