Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts cash count of daily transactions
- Verifies daily cash flow report, and daily reconciliation of cash in bank versus deposits and withdrawal
- Coordinates requests for approval on pending replenishments
- Clarifies and escalates issues and concerns on cash advances and expenses liquidations
- Prepare the following reports: Monthly Revenue, Monthly Direct Cost, Monthly Summary of Charge Invoice
- Analyzes budget and profit/loss performance
- Posts Financial Statement
- Controls, monitors, and disburses timely accounts payables
- Collaborates with other Department Managers to support all department goals and objectives
- Ensures the sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Assists in determining the Company's proper capital structure
- Collaborates with other departments for the preparation of the Company's budget
- Reports to leadership team on variances from the established budget, and the justifications
- Assists the management group in the formulation of its strategic direction
- Engages in cost reduction analyses in all areas of the Company
- Interpret's the Company's Financial results to management group and recommend improvement
- Participates in target costing activities to create products/services that meet predetermined price goals
- Manages the capital budgeting processes, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis
- Creates additional analysis and reports as requested by management group
- Monitors, analyzes, and advises department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining high level of accuracy
- Ensures an accurate and timely monthly. quarterly and year end close
- Ensures the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
- Works with corporate tax company to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
- Manages the general ledger groups to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Supports the company with special projects and workflow process improvements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance
- Preferably CPA, or with other related certifications
- Over 5 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledgeable with MS Office
- Knowledgeable in SAP
