1. Establish a detailed program specification through discussion with clients
2. Breakdown program specifications into its simplest elements and translate it into a programming language
3. Evaluate and increase the program's effectiveness
4. Write detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users
5. Adapt program upon request and need of the client
6. Update, modify, develop existing software and applications
7. Create possible solutions to anticipated problems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
1. IT Related Diploma
2. 2 years of experience in related field and level
3. Has a clear understanding of content production systems and creation software
4. Ability to manage the workflow of issues logged, and to devise ways of handling and tracking the problems on an ongoing basis
5. Technical experience of a wide range of software used to create content for online services
6. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to identify customer's requirements.
