Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Insighting: Must be able to think from a perspective of a driver, and must be capable of doing qualitative and quantitative research among drivers, and from there, derive powerful insights, which will be the foundation of driver communications
- Driver operations standards: identify, build and enforce standard operating procedures and policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
- Driver acquisition & training: Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform
- Driver and Community management: Actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentivise and rule the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers to maximize driver retention
- Performance: constantly track the efficiency of your team and the service quality provided to the network, and deploy corrective/improvement actions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment.
- Leadership skills to deal with a large and diverse driver community
- Strong integrity to make the best decisions for the company in every situation and stand firm without compromising
- Data-driven to identify leverages and make the best decisions for the business in every situation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Always seeking for improvements in the way we do things
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
- Fluent in English and Filipino
