Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)  

The Customer Support Representative (Non-Voice) is responsible for receiving and answering inbound customer concerns or inquiries received via SMS/text messages, chats, or emails to guarantee that concerns/inquiries are resolved or addressed appropriately.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives and responds to inbound SMS/text messages, chat or email of customer inquiries timely and professionally.
• Generates customer interest in the company’s products or services.
• Documents and reports on customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Manages and updates customer databases with notes for each customer.
• Resolves issues about products and services and escalates concerns to the supervisor when necessary.
• Conducts research to deliver accurate and timely information.
• Familiarizes oneself regarding company offerings and processes to provide substantial information when needed.
• Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Over 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative or Call Center Agent.
• With an extensive customer service experience related in fields such as; Customer Service, Marketing, Part/Service, Business Devt. and etc.
• Above to excellent communication skills. (Verbal and written)
• Must have experience in handling calls/customer inquiries particularly in a business to customer environment
