Information Security Specialist  

The Information Security Specialist performs all functions required to support day-to-day data security operations, supporting and maintaining a broad suite of information security infrastructure, accountable for security and networking infrastructure component availability and integrity, monitoring compliance with IT security policy, and coordinating investigation and reporting of security incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Provides, develops, maintains corporate network and server infrastructure on-premise, collocated or in the cloud
• Provides timely and specific performance feedback on a regular basis whether collectively or by individual
• Documents and escalates critical issues to the immediate superior
• Provides clarifications and guidelines to enhance the groups understanding and competence relative to new product and/or system
• Monitors, analyzes, and identifies potential server problems, i.e. viruses, configuration problems, access security, etc., and determines and implements actions to preclude or resolve problems

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT-related courses
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the same field and level
• Knowledgeable in Windows, UNIX, and Linux Operating Systems, Virtualization technologies, and Cloud platforms
