Product Design Lead  

Job Description :
As our product design lead, you will be working with our product and tech teams to provide the best possible experience for our users. You will be in charge of designing Sinbad’s product and ensuring the execution of concept to a finished product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design team to create an innovative and visually appealing product
• Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframe and visual design
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Tech Team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and design
• Execute all visual designing from the concept to the final hand-off to the Engineering Team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Design-related field
• 2+ years experience as a Product design lead or similar position
• Strong expertise in visual, interaction, and system design
• Previous experience running UX/Product design teams
• Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia, competent reading and writing abilities in both languages
• Familiar with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch
• Experience with conducting research
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Excited to work in a start-up environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
