Digital Account Executive  

We are looking for a talented Digital Account Executive to join the Signmedia Digital Team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their online presence.

As a Digital Account Executive, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a point of contact for digital management matters.
• Builds strong, long term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
• Sets digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
• Suggests, designs, and implements digital projects to increase customer ROI.
• Addresses client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Optimizes web content to increase traffic and improves SEO.
• Presents social media strategies to clients.
• Reports on web performance metrics.
• Analyzes digital campaigns success.
• Stays up-to-date with digital technology trends.

• BS degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Account Executive.
• Hands on experience with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics is a Plus!
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaign is a Plus!
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Experience with customer service and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
