Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job description:
- Create employee profiling into compelling feature stories
- Brainstorm and write captivating copies for the #lifeatshopee segment in Shopee's blogs
- Proofread and edit content from local contributors
- Track content performance and provide insights during team review sessions
- Create content/concept for internal events and video projects
- Assist in the planning and execution of local campaigns
- Work with other teams to publicize the #lifeatshopee hashtag and official social media pages (LinkedIn and Instagram @lifeatshopee)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Literature, Sociology, Marketing or equivalent from reputable university
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year of writing experience as a copy/content/digital writer
- Able to self-edit and proofread for errors
- Tactful, friendly, caring, calm, pleasant to converse with
- Curious, brave, unafraid, willing to experiment with new concepts and help build the Content & Social Media team
- Independent, able to work through challenges and will take initiative to learn
You will be at an advantage if you:
- Have a blog/writing portfolio to show
- Have working knowledge of SEO techniques (e.g. keyword use, hyperlinks)
- Are able to do technical writing (e.g. developers, data, product, UI/UX)
- Can translate from English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa
- Are funny, encouraging and insightful
- Are a thinker, as much as you are a doer
