Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Problem solving case related to driver wallet, top-up, withdrawal and incoming ticket
- Liaise with Customer Service, Care and Fraud team to solve driver case.
- Create and analyse reports related to driver financial
- Provide reports related to incoming tickets from offline and online customer service on an ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3) from a reputable university
- Min. 1-year experience in related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Previous experience in Accounting Firm will be a plus
