- Analyze eligibility of lost and damage cases from customer complaints
- Escalate lost and damage cases to third party logistics for claim submission
- Recap claim data for claim processing
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Experience in Customer Service / Claim / Logistics is a plus
- A strong obsession to provide good customer experiences
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to input and analyze data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
