Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contact sellers and educate them on a various Shopee topics
- Increase sellers’ activeness and knowledge about Shopee through our program
- Increase seller's operational and sales performance through our program
- Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers
- Manage and resolve sellers related inquiries, issues, and escalations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must have by minimum Diploma's degree from reputable University
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Driven and motivated
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to speak in public
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
