Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and maintain good communication with internal team and external team, both local and regional to ensure the projects are delivered according to deadline
- Ensure current business process already according to SOP, effective and efficient to meet its objective
- In Charge of leading or executing project/special projects related to Retail Finance
- Support initiative from management to ensure the objectives are achieved in a timely manner
- Handling escalation to other depts. and ensure SLA in timely manner
- Create or Review materials (ex. training material, GSheet tracker) needed to meet business objectives by communicating and coordinating with stakeholders both local and regional.
- Inform and update local team if there's any update from regional related to product/process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point
- Individual Contributor as well an excellent team player
- Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to provide critical thinking and reasoning under duress
- Have a good communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mindset, time management, and planning
- Fluent in English will be preferred due to frequent interaction with the regional teams
