- Handling & solving the assigned tickets through chat channel (related to CB issues)
- Engage with customers, in order to build proximity with customers and solved their problems
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Diploma degree in any field
- Has experience in contact-center area is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
- Customer service oriented
- Techonology savvy and fast-learner
- Good typing & writing skill
- Good team player, positive attitude, and driven
- Able to join immediately and willing to work in shift with 3 months contract
