- To analyze data related to user feedback and share it with respective stakeholders
- To produce weekly reports of voice of customer
- Maintaining Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey Automated System
- To accommodate ad-hoc requests/projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experienced in data analytics/ quantitative related work (3-4 years)
- Strong in data analytics
- Strong in excel and its functions (incl. Pivot, Index/match, etc)
- Strong in written and oral communication
- Strong in project management
- Experience in leading a team
