- Helping the Assessor to conduct & score the psychological test and create psychological report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduate or final semester students from Psychology Major
- Strong knowledge in psychological tools used for the selection process
- Familiar in conducting and do the scoring for several psychological tools (e.g: Pauli or Kraepelin)
- Has a strong passion for assessment and test construction
