Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, execute, and manage strategic plans to grow Shopee through gaming communities
- Constantly source, network, and expand the coverage of gaming communities
- Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support Shopee's offline communities
- Generate needful content depending on the needs of the gaming communities
- Perform tracking and analysis to continually advancing the gaming communities
- Project coordination with team members and related departments
- Support the marketing team and other related departments during peak season to ensure business is running smoothly
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Driven and motivated
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to speak in public
- Experience from e-commerce company is preferred
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling offline events at least 3 years
- Familiar with PubG, FreeFire, AOV, or Mobile Legend
