Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acquire new sellers for Shopee
- Regularly update management, come up with new initiatives, execute and track them
- Consistently meet target KPIs, able to create presentations and updates
- Focus on acquiring high value sellers to join and start selling on Shopee
- Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers.
- Provide market insights from seller's' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 2 years of work experience in a similar or relevant field
- Driven, motivated and hungry
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptability and is flexible to the pace of the industry
- Good team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Must be willing to work in BGC
