Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with technology, operation and marketing team on defining conceptual process flows, user scenarios and UI design.
- Translate complex business processes into highly eliable Web applications by applying a user-centric approach to design and balancing the end-user experience with the stated business purpose.
- Deliver mockups, prototypes, navigation maps, style guidelines and user journeys optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Analyze user feedback and iterate the design process to enhance the user experience.
- Work across all work cycle from new products to continuous product improvements through agile (scrum) process.
- Present and inspire the team to execute your UX vision
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- A portfolio of work that contains examples of UX Design for digital product.
- Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and Framer.js.
- Process-driven, strong interaction design skills, high attention to detail.
- Able to learn fast about detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet business needs and vision.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Able to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about all things about UX and other areas of design and innovation.
