- Secures approved work order (W.O) and other related documents prior to equipment delivery and installations.
- Assists in securing approved construction plan and other related documents prior to kick off meeting.
- Coordinates with NOC, TPE & ROMC-TMC for CAO implementation and end-to-end transmission availability
- Assists to project manage the equipment installation schedule and ensure installation is within approve standards
- Prepares request for delivery of all Smart supplied materials and coordinate with logistic engineer for timely delivery at sites.
- Conducts regular project inspection of ongoing projects and check major milestone accomplishment
- Checks contractors billing/ accomplishment report prior to submission of invoice
- Issues appropriate Site Instructions (SI) for any variation / additional works being implemented at site.
- Prepares/ submit weekly reports and update on daily basis the NPM database/ SID.
- Conducts regular meeting with contractors to settle issues/ problem that may affect integration schedule
- Conducts PAT/ RePAT and secure all documents for proper turn over.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS ECE preferably Licensed
- With basic knowledge in Project Management/ Contract Management, Quantity Take off and Estimates
- With 2 years or more experience in Project Management in Telco Projects
- With knowledge in Microsoft Offices - MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Preferably with driving skills.
