- Install and configure computer systems.
- Diagnose hardware/software faults.
- Solve technical problems and provide technical support to staff on hardware and software related requirements either by phone or in person.
- Generate and manages the accuracy of inputs of logs from biometrics of the employees to Payroll Officers.
- Maintain computer and other equipment in the main office, copiers, and phones.
- Provide technical support to users when problems arise.
- Perform other duties to be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
- At least 6 months of technical experience.
- IT related certification is a plus.
- Customer service skills and a commitment to the quality of the customers' experience.
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner, self-starter, responsible, organized, a creative thinker, and able to work individually and as part of a team.
- With additional knowledge in Time keeping/generating biometrics logs.
- Willing to work in Bangkal, Makati City.
