RTB House, a technology company that delivers outstanding results to brands worldwide through full-service retargeting campaigns tailored to each customer, is looking to expand it's sales force. As a Sales Manager you will play a substantial role in developing RTB House's position in the online advertising market within APAC. Your mission will be to demonstrate the value of RTB House products, establish trusted relationships with clients, and drive success of our brand by active sales efforts.

What you will do:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Partner with technical and sales teams
  • Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and processes
  • Elevate client relationships at all business levels
  • Create formal offers and present them to potential customers
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction
  • Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions

We are looking for result-oriented individuals, who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ability to work in a multinational environment will be required. An ideal candidate demonstrates a positive and can-do attitude. We are searching for candidate with a proactive personality, not afraid of taking initiative and out of the box thinking.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Native in Bahasa Indonesia and fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Outstanding phone based sales experience. Client facing partnership experience would be also appreciated
  • A minimum of 1 year sales or account management experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Core understanding about programmatic media buying and retargeting
  • University degree (preferably in the field of business, marketing or communication)
  • Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, affiliate marketing and RTB model will be an asset
