- Take note and execute tasks and requests by the management.
- Organize and process files and documents.
- Receiving and sorting daily mails
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensuring that the office is clean and presentable to clients.
- Updating records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform clerical duties

- Self-Motivated and Efficient Work Ethic – We don’t like managing people with the work ethics of a 4-year-old.
- Passion to grow and learn new things
- Able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal skills
