- Monitoring accounts with delay in payment and pursue collection efforts.
- Conducting daily calls or visits to delinquent clients.
- Preparing monthly collection reports and pertinent documents for uncollectible accounts for endorsement to Legal.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years collections experience in credit cards or consumer loans.
- Excellent decision making and negotiating skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang.
