Responsible for attending to inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries, requests and complaints. The function includes the following:
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- Providing support and offering information for various inquiries and requests
- Recommending immediate adjustments to update customer’s account when necessary and within established level of authority
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must have completed any 4-year course and with at least 1 year call center experience
- Possess good communication skills
- With good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willing to work with shifting schedules and holidays (6am-3pm; 8am – 5pm; 1pm-10pm; 10pm-7am) with 2 days off
